My daughter got her award through Police Cadets and at 18, joined the Met this year. I was awarded a leader award for the volunteering with a local youth marching band which both my children were involved in. We wstched the celebratory videos of the latest achievement winners at my school for pupils with PMLD in an assembly only yesterday. RIP, your work is done and long may it continue.
