R.I.P Jack, it is a great sadness to hear the news, we all missed you and your smiles. I will be forever grateful for your support and advice over last 30 years. What a wonderful person I have ever met in my life. I will never forget that you sent me the book 50/50. My deepest condolences to Sir Jack’s family who I am sure will miss him deeply.
