I started working for you in 2005 and while on business in Portugal in 2007 I was introduced to the work of the Foundation. Over the years I saw how you paid such attention to detail while watching value for money closely. You encouraged us to constantly look for ways to do things better….even if what we were doing as a company was already brilliant (which quite often it was) You placed great importance on policies and had a policy number for almost everything…. how right you were with that! Your were a champion for training and staff in turn worked hard because we wanted to. In return you looked after us. You valued loyalty and your staff stayed with you, sometimes for decades because they liked working for you. You were a good teacher and a one off and I doubt we will see the likes of you again. Your legacy will live on through all the thousands of lives that you have already touched, including mine and there will be thousands more in the future. My life has been enriched by knowing you and I am thinking of your family at this sad time. God Bless you Sir Jack ❤️
