Tribute to Sir Jack Petchey CBE

I am honoured to have worked at the foundation for the last 11 years. I can honestly say that Jack was an extraordinary man, whose vision, passion and faith in young people was a significant factor in my decision to join the foundation. His vision to empower, encourage and enable young people to achieve was at a time when many others had only negative opinions of young people. I recall many meetings and conversations with Sir Jack and he always asked ‘what more can we do and how can we improve?’ He continually strived for excellence. I hope to contribute in some small way to the remarkable legacy he leaves behind. RIP Sir Jack
