Tribute to Sir Jack Petchey CBE

I first met Jack in the mid 1980’s and in 1990 arranged the sale of Elton John’s shareholding in Watford Football Club to Jack. From that day on we did a lot more together. On the first day I met him he was always an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was a gentleman in every respect. He was more generous and charitable than anyone else I knew and will be sadly missed but never forgotten. Anna and I send our condolences to Frances and his family. Paul White
