The Jack Petchey Foundation has had a profound and lasting impact on the lives of the many young carers that we work with in the London Borough of Barnet. The Foundation's support of young carers, giving them choice and opportunity, is a legacy that lasts and we have always been proud to be associated with the Achievement Award Scheme. On a more personal note, I remember with pride attending an Award Ceremony in Walthamstow when my daughter (now 30) was given a Jack Petchey Award. Thank you for all you did and the legacy that you leave.
